How long does it take to receive the proof/draft copy of the design?
You will receive a draft copy via email usually with in 24hrs* of placing your order (*normal business hours only).

Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders for this email. If you do not receive this email, please Contact Us.

How long does it take for printed invitations to be delivered?
Invitations are printed and posted within 48hrs* following the client’s approval of the final design file (*normal business hours only).

Please allow 1-3 days for express post, 7 days for standard post and 7+ days for delivery to WA, and other remote areas in Australia.

Can the invitations be delivered to a PO Box?
Invitations will be delivered to the address nominated on the order form. If you would like an alternate postal address (including PO Boxes), please email us the details, so we can post your order to the correct address.

Like a design that is available in another category then the one you want?
If you like a design (i.e. Baby Shower Invitation), and you would like it for another occasion (i.e. 1st Birthday) – we can customise that order to fit your needs.

Can font style, wording and other information be changed on the invite?
Yes all information font colour style can be changed to suit you.

What can be changed on the designs?
Our designs are made to order, so you can change the size, orientation, text (wording), colour and font. Please note some backgrounds (i.e. floral) may not be able to have their colours changed – if you would like a different coloured background, please Contact Us before purchasing. If you would like something added to the design (i.e. a photo or clip art), we can incorporate that into the design as well.

Can I have it without a photo? Can I add a photo to a design that doesn’t have one?
All invitations can be customised to include or exclude a photo.

My photo is to big to upload on the order form?
If you would like a photo and you are unable to attached it please mention you would like one in the comments box and we will contact you to email the photo to us.

Should I re size the photo to send it?
Please do not re size or crop your photo, we can do that for you.

Can I send the photo to you via an alternate method?
Yes, you can send the photo via text from a mobile if you prefer. Please text to Ph: 0409 364 450
